A family business in real estate, construction and service

Kvadraten is a family business founded by Kenneth and Camilla Krooks together with their children Lizette and Linus Krooks.

Our business has grown around properties from the start. We have mainly worked with older, valuable properties, with the aim of seeing the potential in what already exists and developing the properties into attractive, functional and cost-effective solutions for both tenants and buyers.

Over the years we have realised that a good property requires more than just the right location and the right premises. In order to develop, adapt and manage our properties efficiently, we also needed the right expertise close at hand. That is how our construction and service business grew.

Today we can therefore offer our customers a complete service – from property development and leasing to planning, construction and renovation.

The business is now divided into two companies. Kvadraten Ab is responsible for our properties, rental objects and management, while Kvadraten Service Ab is responsible for the construction and service business.

Linus Krooks leads property management and the rental business, with a strong focus on our tenants and on finding the right solutions for their operations.

On the construction side, Lizette Krooks works as a project manager, with a particular focus on customer contact, communication and moving projects forward together with our team.

Camilla and Kenneth Krooks remain actively involved in the development of the companies. Camilla is responsible for finances as CFO, while Kenneth is chairman of the board and also actively involved in both property development and our construction projects.

What began as an interest in property has developed over time into a business where we can help our customers through the entire process. Our goal is still the same: to create good, long-term and cost-effective solutions – both for our tenants and for our construction customers.
